We specialize in property management and are recognized as industry leaders, achieving the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), which is the highest designation in our field.

Our experienced team provides property management and real estate sales services through our Rental Division, Homeowner Association Division, and Maintenance Division. We are unique in the industry, enjoying many 10-20+ year tenured team members. IWM Owner, and President Chris Barber strongly supports continuing education, with many of our team members holding advanced designations in our field.
